Every year we have more matches than we have officials, with pressing need for additional referees in Tucson, Las Vegas and El Paso/Las Cruces areas. The game is growing, but we haven't seen similar growth in the number of officials. If you've got a passion for rugby consider picking up the whistle - without Match Officials, none of us get to play. It is a great way to stay involved with the game.The new online Assistant Referee Certification allows a new option to start as an AR and then move to Center position.
